Q-Flex® Hearing Aid Materials

Q-FLEX® is the registered trade name for a variety of elastomeric compounds designed by Flexan for the hearing aid industry. It can be processed as a molding or extruding compound in a number of colors and hardnesses. This compound has excellent acoustical dampening properties in the mid-range frequencies. The elastomeric portion provides a degree of chemical resistance not found in other hearing aid formulations.
