As a custom rubber molder, Flexan is a company that listens to its customers. At our core we try to not only respond to customer requests but outperform customer expectations. This proactive approach is what led us to open a manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China. Some of our North American and European customers were telling us that they needed a lower cost option for the same high quality custom molded rubber parts they came to expect from Flexan. By opening the China facility we insured that we could offer them that lower cost option. Today we hear our customers telling us that they need co-development, technical resources, project management, and world class service from their North American suppliers. Our vision is to provide these value added services at a level that exceeds customer expectations, and creates successful partnerships.
