For the past 40 years, Flexan has been creating custom hearing aid parts for global leaders in audiology devices. Our technical staff can provide assistance with material selection and development to maximize the performance of your hearing aid. For hearing aid parts, we typically use materials such as silicone, FKM, fluorosilicone, butyl, chloroprene and our proprietary Q-Flex.

Our engineers will introduce you to our own Q-Flex molding compound, which has excellent acoustic damping properties thefor mid-range frequencies. Q-Flex is perfect for use in hearing aid products, because its elastomeric base provides chemical resistance not found in other hearing aid materials.
